A sweet little gem with history! Before the completion of US-95 in 1995, Boulder Highway was the original route from Downtown Las Vegas to Henderson, NV. Boulder Highway bustled with businesses to accommodate local travelers. Originally built in 1940 as Bob’s French Dips, this little gem went on to become The Country Kitchen and later turned into Alpha/Omega Bibles, Books, Gifts, Art, and Music through the original Owner’s daughter, Katherine. Katherine Gianaclis grew her passion for art and became a treasured Las Vegas artist, painting for nearly every major Las Vegas Hotel & Casino in the late 1960s and into the early 1970s. This property is currently used as a recording studio and art gallery space. Living quarters were added onto the back of this vintage building in 2018, giving it a fresh feel and opportunity as an office or Live/Work space.
