The Medical Office Building location is scalable to fit any size within the 30,000 sf - 65,000 sf range, in a four-story building at the northeast corner of Brandywine Avenue and Boot Root. The building will have significant prominence on Brandywine Avenue across the street from three and four story mixed-use residential/retail buildings. River Station represents a dramatic positive change for Downingtown and the addition of a premier Medical Office Building is a perfect complement to the residential and retail community currently under construction. Consistent with Hankin Group’s holistic approach to planning and design, the medical office building will be an integral part of the River Station community, both visually and functionally.
