Since joining CBRE in 2004, Mr. Haskell has been actively involved in all aspects of owner representation for institutional and entrepreneurial landlords, as well as sublandlords. Evan utilizing his expertise in marketing and finance along with his deep knowledge of the Manhattan market to structure creative real estate solutions for complex situations including those for office space, schools, retail, laboratory, and medical space.

Mr. Haskell has been involved in the disposition of more than 7,000,000 RSF throughout the New York City marketplace and has consulted some of the largest developers and owners in New York on ground-up development and renovation projects throughout the NY Tri-State area.

In 2016 alone Mr. Haskell represented the landlords in the largest transaction in Manhattan, McGraw Hill Financial’s renewal at 55 Water Street, the largest relocation in Manhattan, Major League Baseball & MLB Advanced Media’s lease at 1271 Avenue of the Americas and the record setting rent of Citadel’s lease at 425 Park Avenue.

Prior to joining the Agency Group, Evan worked as an on-site leasing analyst for CBRE’s leasing team assigned to redevelop the Empire State Building.  In this role, Evan was responsible for the creation and implementation of an aggressive space consolidation plan that led to the leasing of over 600,000 square feet including the two largest deals in ESB history at the time: FDIC (103,000 SF) and Coty, Inc. (90,000 SF).  In all, over $300 million dollars in new leases were completed and the tenant count was reduced from roughly 700 to 195.
Jeffrey Fischer, Executive Vice President
Jeff Fischer is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Midtown office, where he focuses on both tenant and landlord representation. In this role, Jeff leverages his superior client service skills and knowledge of the New York City real estate market to structure effective strategies and results for his clients. Jeff is seen as a rising leader in the industry and was selected in 2012 as one of The Commercial Observer’s “30 Under 30.”

Prior to joining CBRE in 2015, Jeff was a Senior Vice President at JLL, where he was the youngest employee in that firm’s history to earn that title.
