The Immaculate Inn in located in the heart of historic downtown Mount Dora. In 2020, this property underwent an entire renovation of the interior and exterior in accordance with the outstanding "heirloom standard" which resulted in doubling sleeping capacity and creating six beautifully appointed suites and rooms each with private bath, private entrance, porches, decks, garden, outside seating and covered parking. No on-site management is required, however either the Opal or Diamond suites would be an ideal owner residence. Remote key code locking systems were installed to further reduce the time requirement for management. Ozone generators have been added to sterilize the air between guests, which is handled within the housekeeping checklist. The housekeeper also takes care of guest and reservation questions.
