Blake started his career at Caldwell Companies, where was consistently a top producer at both in-house and third-party leasing assignments. After 10 years, Blake transitioned to Colliers where he started the Agency Leasing group, growing the portfolio to over 2.2M SF.

Blake has been recognized by REDNews as a “Rising Star” in 2012. He has earned both the SIOR and CCIM designations. He is the former Houston President of the Aggie Real Estate Network, and is an active member of SIOR, NAIOP, CCIM, Pi Kappa Phi Housing Corporation, and Houston's First Baptist Church.
