Park Overview
Phase II construction will be completed by the end of 2024. This is new construction in the S. Hillsborough County corridor. The park features 24 foot clearance, institutional quality buildings with upgrades. The design goal is for users who needs outside storage as a key component of their business, to stage vehicles, park trucks or arrange inventory on site. There are flexible options to add from 0.5 acres of additional outside storage at an additional cost. The park is located approximately 1,000 feet southeast of the Interchange of US 41 and Big Bend Road, 2.7 miles to Interstate 75, and less than 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport. This is an excellent option to serve the growing south county market while maintaining fantastic access to the areas major highways.
