Focused primarily in the central Denver and southeast suburban office market, Dan’s clients include LNR Partners Inc., Parmenter Realty Partners, St. Paul Properties, Colorado & Santa Fe LLC, Zell Properties and Prudential Real Estate Investors. With superior analytical and presentation skills, Dan’s clients have awarded his hard work and determination with additional leasing assignments. Since the beginning of 2006, Dan has completed over 300 assignments totaling approximately 2 M square feet. In 2012, , Dan represented St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company (a subsidiary of Travelers Insurance) on a lease with Wells Fargo, NA for 67,790 rentable square feet in Meridian Business Park and has leased over 138,579 rentable square feet at the Galleria Office Towers.
Prior to Dan’s representation of Landlords, Dan’s focus included numerous high profile tenant representation assignments. Some of the most challenging assignments included acquisition of data center and switch sites in the Western U.S. for the build-out of Qwest’s nationwide 18,500 mile fiber optic network.
