PARK OVERVIEW
Virginia 95 Business Park ("VA 95") is located in Springfield, VA just west of I-95 at the Newington/Fort Belvoir exit and 5 minutes south of the Capital Beltway (I-495). Additionally, VA 95 is well served by a network of secondary roads providing linkage to major residential and retail areas without travelling on I-95 or I-495. The development of VA 95 was begun in 1981 and currently 22 companies lease or own space in 17 buildings totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet. VA 95 was one of the first master-planned controlled development business parks in Northern Virginia and set the standard for high-quality business park environments. Boston Properties manages the project with an on-site property management and engineering staff. The VA 95 "Amenities Building" includes an on-site 150-seat restaurant. Adjacent to VA 95 is a day care center as well as several eating establishments. Also in November 1992 a 120,000 SF "Price Club" facility opened.
