Originally built in 1975 and renovated in 2004, the Pacific Design’s Center (PDC) is a 1,600,000 sq.ft. creative mecca in West Hollywood. PDC houses the West Coast’s top decorating and furniture market, a branch of the Museum of Contemporary Art, and two restaurants operated by chef Wolfgang Puck. The Red Center was built as an addition in 2013—adding another 400K sq.ft. to the center as well as state-of-the-art media and production amenities. On top of its impressive showrooms, PDC serves as a cultural landmark for the West Hollywood area and hosts many screenings, lectures, and special events in the arts and entertainment communities. Tenants of PDC Red have access to the lively West Hollywood neighborhood, which prides itself on its diversity. The neighborhood is home to the iconic Whiskey A Go Go, The Roxy Theater, and hosts LA’s Pride festival. There’s a large dining and nightlife scene, with some of the city’s best restaurants within walking distance of PDC. West Hollywood is also a great neighborhood to take a break and get some fresh air, with several dog parks and outdoor basketball courts nearby.
