Gregg Domanico, Vice Chairman
As an Executive Vice President and Managing Partner of Northern California region for Kidder Mathews since December 2007, he has grown the operation from one office with 15 agents to three offices with 72 agents, while adding property management and valuation services. In addition to his real estate brokerage activities, he has provided facility and operations consulting services for his clients. Gregg prides himself in partnering with his clients to offer thoughtful and effective solutions to improve real estate and facilities performance.
Prior to that Gregg was Managing Partner at NAI BT Commercial and National Director of the Biosciences Group at CB Commercial Real Estate . Before focusing his efforts exclusively on corporate real estate, Gregg spent over ten years in Silicon Valley where his experience ranged from program manager of new product development to manufacturing engineering manager; and operations management for Spectra Physics, Finnigan Corporation, Rolm Corporation, and Adaptec, Inc.
Michael Domanico, Senior Vice President
He is an expert in identifying how developers can deploy their capital strategically into product to create highly tenantable, appreciable, and enduring assets. He is able to mitigate risk in the investment process with his extensive experience and knowledge of the market, his technical understanding of facility design and infrastructure, and his past go-to-market and lease-up successes.
Prior to CBRE, Inc. Michael was a senior vice president in the Life Sciences and Technology group at Kidder Mathews, where he managed many of Kidder’s institutional life science accounts. Prior to joining Kidder, Michael was an early employee at Square, Inc.’s Risk Analysis team
