Pat Gioffre is a 4th generation entrepreneur and a Delawarean.  Pat graduated from A. I. duPont High School in 1989 and from the University of Delaware in 1994 with a degree in BSHR.  After graduating from the U of D, Pat and his wife founded and operated a multi-unit restaurant chain for over 7 years. Pat left the restaurant business, worked to earn his real estate license so he could pursue commercial real estate full time, and then spent over 10 years working for some of Delaware’s top brokers.  In February 2014, Pat formed Gioffre Commercial Realty, LLC., and in March of 2014, Gioffre Commercial Realty, LLC. completed its first leasing transaction.
Pat has worked as a broker handling landlord and tenant representation assignments, as well as representing buyers and sellers.  Pat has extensive experience and enjoys working with small business owners, franchisees, and investors to best help them realize their real estate goals. Pat has represented local and national companies such as Regency Centers, Fusco Management, Interstate Holdings, Tsionas Management, Advance America, Coldstone Creamery, McDonalds, Tri State Fabricators, Schaeffer Homes and Superior Electric.
Pat has pursued his love of real estate outside of his broker duties at Gioffre Commercial Realty, LLC. Pat has completed ground-up development, value and opportunities, and investments across all asset classes including assembling, managing, renovating, and selling a residential rental portfolio.
Pat enjoys much of his free time with his family at the beach, on a boat, or skiing out West.  Gioffre Commercial Realty, LLC. has supported several Ocean Rescue Lifeguard events on the Jersey Shore and Pat has been an active participant in raising money, volunteering for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).
