She did her bachelor’s at Tel Aviv University, followed by a master's degree at IDC (Interdisciplinary Center) in Organizational Psychology. Her mission was to evaluate the ecosystems of different struggling companies to advise them on how to better their strategies to keep those systems alive and well.
Upon completion of her studies during a visit to Miami, she was presented with a job opportunity to work as a commercial real estate agent at Marcus & Millichap. She knew little about the industry but was completely hooked immediately. Some of her accomplishments at Marcus & Millichap were winning the "Prospector of the Year" award in 2019 and the quarter 1 sales contest in 2019. In 2022 she has sold $21.5 million through September.
After nearly four years at Marcus & Millichap she decided to join Gridline where innovation and collaboration allow the company to thrive. One reason she was so fascinated by Organizational Psychology was because she was able to find the disconnect in innovation, communication, and collaboration that caused the company’s ecosystems to struggle. While she decided to take another route, these principles stayed with her in her daily life as an agent. Communicating to identify a client's needs is step one, followed by a collaborative approach to an innovative solution.
