It also possesses a high-efficiency insulation and vapor barrier system, including a Simple Saver liner with R30 in the walls and R38 in the roof. The property is fully equipped with freeze protection in the warehouse and fully conditioned office space. Office space at 850 Caples Road is customizable to accommodate tenants' unique needs. The entire building includes a 1,500-square-foot office space with the option to increase or modify it to the tenant's desire.
