Property Overview
The Durham Road Resource Centre was built in 1985 by Islington Council, originally as a neighbourhood office providing services to the local community. The building closed in 1998 and we then took on the building with a pledge to continue to support the community groups of Islington which include housing organisations, women’s groups, and refugee and ethnic minority support groups. In 2014, the Centre underwent big renovations and is now a bright and airy space to work. Affordable space is available for charities, non-profits, social enterprises, ethical businesses and local community organisations. We have a range of smaller office spaces, best suited for 2-8 person organisations. We offer flexible contracts and affordable rental. Close to the Seven Sisters Road as well as Finsbury Park underground and overground stations.
