The area around Miami International Airport, located west of downtown Miami, holds the largest supply of office inventory in the Miami market. The area presents a centrally located and affordable alternative for occupiers, with asking rents typically below the Miami average.
The area provides easy access for commuters via Florida's Turnpike on the western edge, the Palmetto Expressway through its center, and the Dolphin Expressway running east to west on its southern edge.
