ABOUT ROUTE 3/GSP
The Route 3-Garden State Parkway area offers close proximity to New York City and Newark, with each city about a 30-minute drive away. This location puts distributors in close distance to Port Newark-Elizabeth Marine Terminal and Newark Liberty International Airport. Port Newark-Elizabeth Marine Terminal is the busiest container ship facility in the northeast United States, while Newark Liberty carries cargo to about 40 international destinations.
Businesses here can easily ship and receive products globally but also have quick access to the more than 20 million people living in the New York metro and the more than 50 million people living in the Northeast Corridor.
