Centrally located one block to Rt. 21, 10 minutes to Rt. 3, 17, I-80 and I-95 (NJ Turnpike), 20 minutes to Newark Liberty International Airport, Port Elizabeth and NYC via George Washington Bridge (GWB) or Lincoln Tunnel. ABOUT ROUTE 3/GSP

The Route 3-Garden State Parkway area offers close proximity to New York City and Newark, with each city about a 30-minute drive away. This location puts distributors in close distance to Port Newark-Elizabeth Marine Terminal and Newark Liberty International Airport. Port Newark-Elizabeth Marine Terminal is the busiest container ship facility in the northeast United States, while Newark Liberty carries cargo to about 40 international destinations.
Businesses here can easily ship and receive products globally but also have quick access to the more than 20 million people living in the New York metro and the more than 50 million people living in the Northeast Corridor. Inventory is concentrated along NJ 21, which runs north-south through the region, and NJ 3, which runs east-west. The Garden State Parkway and U.S. 46 also run through here. Goods can be shipped to Philadelphia in about two hours and to Boston and Washington, D.C. in about four hours.
