About Kendall

Kendall is n the south part of Miami-Dade County and is one of the largest office locales, both in terms of area covered as well as the rentable office stock. Florida’s Ronald Regan Turnpike cuts through the center of this area. The Miami Metrorail makes two stops in this locale, at Dadeland South and Dadeland North. The Dadeland South station connects the southernmost suburbs of Homestead and Florida City. The Florida International University and the University of Miami have 50,000 students and are within a 30-minute drive from the Kendall area.

Kendall is attractive to tenants because of its lower traffic congestion, proximity to some of Florida’s major highway arteries, lower cost of doing business relative to Miami’s central business district and access to student and talent pools from the surrounding residential areas and universities. Through his 29 year career, Brian has overseen the signing of leases totaling over 18 million square feet, with a value of close to $3 billion.
