ABOUT KEYSTONE CROSSING
Keystone Crossing is located about a 30-minute drive north of Indianapolis’ downtown. Inventory tends to be clustered in the northern half of the area, near Interstate 465 and Keystone Parkway. The area is more catered to driving than public transit, and multiple office parks can be found within a short drive in the area.
Duke Realty is building the first midsized office space to deliver in the area in a few years. While office developers may have looked beyond this area in recent years, there remains a multitude of office space. For instance, the new project is within walking distance of over 1.5 million square feet of office space, which serves over 5,000 employees. The immediate area also contains five hotels, 650 apartment units, and almost 1 million square feet in retail space.
Keystone Crossing contains some of the highest rents in the Indianapolis metro area. Rents here are comparable with the Carmel and Meridian Corridor neighborhoods. Additionally, landlords have been able to raise rents at a steady pace here, a function of vacancy staying relatively low.

John Robinson, Managing Director
For the past 27 years, John has been a dominant player in the Indiana office market having represented tenants in three of the State's largest build-to-suit office leases. In addition, John is the exclusive leasing agent for Keystone at the Crossing, a 1.0 million square foot suburban office park, Salesforce Tower, a 1.1 million square foot, 48 story downtown office building, and The Precedent Office Park, a 1.2 million square foot suburban office park; all representing the three of the four largest and most prestigious listings in Indiana. John and his team exclusively represent Blackbaud nationally and internationally on their 20+ locations, having recently completed a 120,000 square foot build-to-suit for Blackbaud Headquarters in Charleston, South Carolina.
Traci Kapsalis, Executive Vice President
Traci joined Duke Realty in October 1998 as a Marketing Coordinator for the St. Louis, Minneapolis and Indianapolis markets. In July 1999, she was promoted to Marketing Manager, where she was responsible for managing the marketing budgets and creating and executing strategies to minimize vacancy in these markets.
In February 2001, she moved to Indiana Office Group as a Leasing Representative and was promoted to Senior Leasing Representative in 2005. In 2008, she was promoted to Vice President, Leasing and Development.
She has led her business units committees on CCS, occupancy, and land strategies and has maintained one of the highest occupancy rates in the company for the last five years. In 2014, She was one of the top six leasing representatives in the company.
