The lodge currently will sleep up to 23 guests (20 in beds and 3 with twin tri-fold mattresses). Most suites have individual decks/patios. All Suites have flat screen televisions and some have microwaves and coffee makers. There is a huge Pub-style bar on the walk out level, complete with pool table and board games. The bar area has a pub height bar, full size refrigerator, and stove top. All you need is a bartender and you're set for the night. Enjoy a glass of your favorite wine in the 8-person outdoor hot tub. What better place to look out to the beautiful views of Thunder Butte Mountain, Sleeping Giant, Turkey Rock and Citadel formations. Sit under the stars, with no interference from city lights, around the huge rock fire pit with loads of room to gather all your friends or family. Outdoor games of Horse Shoes, Ladder Golf, and Croquet are at your fingertips. Beautiful outdoor furniture to relax with a book, have a meal outdoors, or just sit and absorb the beauty of your surroundings. The interior includes an exercise room complete with steam shower and sauna, large great room with a two story ceiling and stone fireplace and is wonderful for entertaining large groups. A large kitchen provides for food preparation without interrupting the guests in the home and includes a large commercial gas stove with convection oven, large refrigerator in kitchen and another fridge in the adjacent pantry, and a breakfast nook looking out to Thunder Butte Mountain. Hunters have taken down record game in this area. Championship Mountain Golf just 15 minutes down the road. No ATV's are allowed to be ridden on the property but there are 40 miles of ATV trails 5 minutes away. Rentals are also available in Woodland Park from several sources. medal fishing just 9 miles up the road where the North and South Platte rivers meet. Also Manitou Lake a few miles the other direction for more fishing. This Residential Income Property is available today and brings bookings through the end of 2025.
