Prior to joining JLL, MacCrory had completed more than 2 million square feet in leasing and sales transactions focused in the Class A office, technology space, medical office, multi-family, and hospitality. MacCrory has experience partnering with large institutions and private equity firms to orchestrate a variety of value-add lease acquisition and disposition transactions.

Doug brings over 26 years of commercial real estate experience to Jones Lang LaSalle. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Doug was a Partner at SSH Real Estate in charge of running their Philadelphia suburban office. Doug was also previously a Senior Director at GVA Smith Mack. Past experience includes working at Jones Lang LaSalle in Philadelphia and Mohr Partners in Tampa. In these positions, Doug has extensive experience representing tenants and landlords. His business development and transactional work includes the negotiation of over 10 million square feet of office and industrial space across the country.

With over 30 years of direct experience in Philadelphia area commercial real estate brokerage, the past 20+ years with JLL, Whit has had the privilege to represent a broad range of corporations and institutional clients in various Philadelphia area markets, developing occupancy strategies and implementing solutions. Whit directs the leasing teams of several complex Philadelphia area properties, improving occupancy and increasing activity. He also leads representation teams of complex occupancy solutions on behalf of tenants. This unique perspective, combining both the landlord’s and tenant’s, has been instrumental to his success. Whit has been nominated several times for Philadelphia’s deal of the year award, has been recognized frequently by CoStar as a Power Broker and by JLL as a Top Achiever year in and year out.
He is a graduate of the Business on Board program of the Arts & Business Council for Greater Philadelphia. Whit is a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Whit is a past President and Board Director of the Tri-State Commercial Realtors Alliance. He is also a past member of the Board of Counselors of the Historical Society of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Chester County Commercial Industrial Investment Council. Whit is also involved in committees with Inglis House, a wheelchair community.
