This building has a private terrace that can be reserved for exclusive events, an ideal place for interaction and creativity. Knem is built on the former Yute factory “El Cànem”, a symbol of Poblenou's industrial past, known as the “Catalan Manchester”. The current design was designed by Fermín Vázquez's architectural studio, known as b720.
