Liberty Lake Corporate Park is a Binding Site Plan (BSP 50-96). As a BSP, the Seller is willing to work with a Buyer to create a logical tax parcel starting as small as 1 acre. Once Seller and Buyer agree on a parcel depiction, it takes approximately six to eight weeks to draft, review and finalize; then approximately 40 days or less for the Parcel to be approved by the City of Liberty Lake.
