This new development will feature over 250,000 SF of retail and restaurant space. This retail development is located The Shopping Center is located on Hwy 431 (30,000 VPD) between Sorter Road and H T Greer Road in the heart of Sand Mountain’s retail corridor which stretches from Guntersville in the North to Boaz in the South. The Shopping Center is close to the 130 acre Sand Mountain Park & Amphitheater, which contains an aquatic center, waterpark, RV park, dog parks, and hosts events from all over the nation. Also in close proximity is Lake Guntersville which draws thousands of tourists every year for its bass fishing, hiking, camping, and boating and is known to be one of the top lake towns to live in America. Albertville is experiencing healthy annual population growth and the city is in the process of expanding three schools to accommodate the increase in enrollment. Three new industrial facilities have been constructed in Albertville in the past 10 years, along with four existing industry expansions, totaling over $103 million in capital investment. Three industrial parks house 26 industrial facilities that make up the majority of employment in the county and trade area. Nearby is the Albertville Regional Airport which is home of the Alabama Aviation College and four aviation companies.
