The Town administration and the community are both ready to see new retail and office space. Due to topography and waterways, there are few areas other than this site that can accommodate significant commercial development. Currently, Nolensville residents must do much of their shopping and dining in Nashville or nearby Brentwood. The Town administration would very much like to see that money spent within Nolensville.
