The Palisade Park I-25 project site is located within the quickly growing area of northeast Broomfield near the intersection of I-25 and SH7. The project has 1/2 mile of frontage on I-25 with 95,000 daily trips by the site. The areas to the east, south, and southwest of Palisade Park I-25 are in various stages of development. At build-out, the area will be a significant regional commercial and employment center for Broomfield. This parcel represents one of the very few zoned industrial properties in the area.
