The Crystal Tower project is the work of architect César Pelli. This skyscraper transforms space into freedom. With 250 meters high, 52 floors, 1,206 parking spaces and 57,579 square meters of leasable space, it is undoubtedly one of the emblems of the capital. Its dome houses the tallest vertical garden in Europe, 30 meters high and reveals a wide variety of trees and vegetation. The large entrance atrium has a free height of 12 meters, closed by floor-to-ceiling glazing that makes it cozy, imposing and elegant. Torre de Cristal itself becomes an icon, the reference in offices designed to meet the needs of the most demanding companies. The building houses a large number of services: - Cafeterias and restaurant spaces. - Fitness Club. - Meeting rooms (approximately 600 m2). - Multipurpose maintenance. - Correspondence and parcel service. This building has obtained class “A” energy certification, the one with the highest efficiency, which implies that the final energy consumption in the Tower is one third lower than that of a typical office building in Madrid.
