The site comprises agricultural land. It is located to the south-east ofthe built-up area and development boundary of South Chard. It is divided into 3no. fields and is outlined in red on the site plan overleaf. It has road frontage and access onto Perry Street/B3167 (to the west) and boarders agricultural land (to the north-east) and Chilson Common (to the south). The access is via a gate located in the southern most field (off Perry Street/B3167). Our client also owns the property known as ‘Southmead’ and the agricultural land to the east. The retained property is outlined in blue on the site plan overleaf. The site, in total, extends to approximately 4.35-hectares (10.75-acres). It is shown outlined red on the site plan overleaf.
