Station Place is a £4.8 million scheme now under construction at Merchant Park, a wider £90m, 65-acre development scheme in Newton Aycliffe. The new industrial units will provide 50,487 sq ft of new industrial space to support new and expanding businesses in Newton Aycliffe. There will be a total nine new industrial units starting from 5,000 sq ft. Work started on site in March 2021 and units are now available upon application.
