Alex is an Associate Broker with Transwestern specializing in office assets.
Alex has worked with a wide range of clients, including Pennybacker
Capital, Sun Life, Westport Capital Partners, Tower Electric, Denver
Community Church, and Denver Dumb Friends League. Alex is especially
skilled in understanding individual property owners’ investment needs
and excels in helping them achieve their goals.
Prior to joining Transwestern in 2022, Alex began his commercial real
estate career in 2020 with Panorama Commercial Group, where he
assisted buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. While attending the
University of Colorado at Boulder, he worked as an intern with CU
Real Estate Services to assist their property management, leasing and
financial analyst teams.
