Andrew Piepgrasis responsible for marketing and leasing of office and office/flex buildings on behalf of various institutional owners in the Denver area. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation and account management, specifically focusing on the CBD, West, and Southeast suburban submarkets.
Andrew has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Over this period, he has been involved in multiple office sales and building acquisitions on behalf of clients. In addition, he has completed more than 600 lease transactions totaling in excess of 6 million square feet.
