Bio
While finishing his BA at Furman University, Ben began his commercial real estate career in 2008 during the “great recession.” He now holds the CCIM designation with a full broker license in both South Carolina and North Carolina.
Ben predominantly focuses on helping clients buy and sell land, industrial buildings and investment properties in the Carolinas. Sample transactions include hotel site selection, 40+ acre commercial and residential development land sites and 30,000+ square foot industrial buildings.
