Bio
Ben is a Contractor Broker with JLL's Midwest Tenant Representation division. He co-leads the Build to Suit Practice Group, where he specializes in leading occupier clients through all aspects of the build to suit process. He has focused on the representation of tenants and occupants for JLL since joining the firm in 2007. His expertise is strategic real estate planning and transaction management with a focus on deal structuring and financial analysis.
Ben has led his clients through an array of transaction types, including new development, redevelopment, lease acquisitions, sublease dispositions, lease restructuring, and purchase and sale agreements.
