Bio
Brandon launched EDGE Realty Capital Markets to extend enhanced investment services to new and long-term clients. His focus is quality retail properties, where his legal and real estate backgrounds combine to bring value to assets. In more than ten years in investment services, Brandon served as Senior Director at Berkadia and Cushman & Wakefield where his chief responsibilities were generating business through building client relationships and executing transactions across the country. At the outset of his career, Brandon focused on project leasing in the south, southeast and throughout Texas. His experience in other aspects of the business, deep industry ties and perspective on the capital markets cycles allow him to offer clients greater counsel in the positioning for their assets. Brandon received his B.S. degree in Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma in 1998 and Juris Doctor Degree from Oklahoma in 2001. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Association of Oklahoma. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute.
