Charles is an office property specialist having acting across the Midlands and beyond for in excess of 25 years.
Charles acts for a variety of clients from occupiers, private investors, property companies, pension funds and developers. His primary activity is the sale, letting and acquisition of office premises and sites, and also undertaking lease renewals, rent reviews and lease re-gear negotiations on office properties.
Charles joined Johnson Fellows in 2014 to establish and expand the office agency department having previously worked at some of the largest UK property consultancies. Johnson Fellows office agency department is now established within the Midlands area and beyond as a leading niche office agency provider and with a loyal and varied client base.
Recent office acquisitions include 15,000 sq ft acquired for Phoebus Software in Solihull, 15,000 sq ft acquired for Bathstore in Welwyn Garden City and 25,000 sq ft acquired for BIMM in Birmingham city centre.
Disposal wise, Charles has recently been involved in the largest office letting seen in Worcester city centre for the past 20 years or so and the letting of the offices forming part of the iconic former Grand Hotel scheme, on Colmore Row in Birmingham city centre. Other recent disposals include lettings for the Central Midlands Co-Op in South Yorkshire and for Tesco in the South East.
