Beginning her career as a property manager before moving into an advisor role, Cheyenne has over 8 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She acts in a variety of capacities including acquisition and disposition of retail properties as well as leasing. Cheyenne has represented clients in sale and lease transactions exceeding $100 million.
Cheyenne is active in the community of Greenville, South Carolina, where she has served in leadership roles with the American Heart Association. She was named the 2022 Woman of the Upstate and currently serves as the Chair for the Go Red for Women campaign and a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Cheyenne graduated from Coastal Carolina University, where she majored in communication and minored in public health. She loves to travel, try new restaurants, and spend time with her husband Kyle.
