Chris Ernst leads ARES, LLC with over 23 years experience in the area of commercial real estate and development. As the Chief Executive and President, he formulates the strategic vision and leads the business development activities. In addition, he manages the commercial brokerage department and oversees all sales transactions. Chris has closed on transactions in excess of 1.3 billion dollars throughout his career. Prior to ARES, Ernst served as Senior Vice President at Aardex, LLC and Vice President with Grubb & Ellis commercial real estate. His area of expertise is commercial real estate with a focus on sustainable development.
Chris maintains active involvement in the community. He coaches football, baseball and skiing for youth locally. He has previously been a board member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties and sat on the executive board for The Sustainable Building Council of Colorado.
