Chris has specialised in retail and leisure work since 1998, acting on behalf of a range of corporate landlords, occupiers and developers. He is currently providing asset management and agency advice across a broad range of leisure schemes and shopping centres in the south, south west and south Wales. He also advises a number of Institutional landlords on their high street holdings.
Chris is fully retained within the South West to act on behalf of Costa Ltd (since 2007) and Greggs Plc (since 2000) in their ambitious acquisition programmes.
