Chris has 34 years of real estate advisory and transactional experience, with particular expertise in workouts and restructurings. He is responsible for many aspects of business management, project management and project implementation. He specializes in the development and implementation of strategic real estate plans for his clients. Chris provides in-depth real estate and business value analysis, which transitions into the management and implementation of strategic plans for real estate and lease liability transactions. Chris has overseen the disposition of multi-million dollar real estate portfolios and large single property assignments of all property types, and managed several large lease renegotiation projects across all client types.
