Chris specializes in the acquisition and disposition of land and income producing properties. A graduate of John Carroll University, Chris has worked for CBRE, Passov Real Estate Group, and LRC Realty.
During his career, Chris managed and leased a portfolio of $2.5 MM SF, assembled and acquired sites for Target and Giant Eagle anchored shopping centers, Walgreens, Autozone and others.
He has brokered deals for many retailers including O’Reilly Auto Parts, Gordon Food Services, Honey Baked Ham and Davita Dialysis. Chris has sold numerous credit STNL properties including Walgreens, Autozone and others
