Dan Lewis joined TIG’s Austin team in 2012 to focus primarily on office tenant representation, project leasing, acquisition/disposition services, and ongoing market research for clients. Since joining TIG, Dan has successfully completed over 130 transactions with a total transaction value in excess of $90 million. Prior to joining TIG, Dan was involved with the research and brokerage support division at Commercial Texas, based in Austin. Dan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Baylor University. He is a licensed Texas real estate salesperson and is an active member of the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) and the Downtown Austin Alliance (DAA).
