Dan joined Cresa in 2016 bringing 10+ years of specialization in tenant representation for office tenants in their lease negotiations, renewals, relocations and dispositions. At Cresa, Dan plays an integral role in procuring new business, analyzing lease transactions, and assisting in the formulation and implementation of real estate strategies. He provides his clients with bespoke attention, insight and experience they need to align their real estate decisions with organizational goals ensuring business success for the future. As a native of Chicago’s East-West corridor, Dan has a remarkable knowledge of those markets and properties.
Prior to joining Cresa, Dan held similar positions in mid-size commercial real estate firms around Chicago. He has real-world insight on Cresa’s unique advantage and value proposition. Before his work in real estate, Dan worked for Merrill Lynch assisting traders in 30-year bond products and US Treasury notes for their Private Client Services at the Chicago Board of Trade.
