Over the past 17 years, Dani has facilitated over 1,500 real estate transactions and managed the redevelopment, tenant improvement, financing and lease-up for approximately 100 businesses across several markets in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Las Vegas, Houston, Arizona and Florida. Dani’s visionary ability to re-imagine retail spaces and his keen sense of market drivers and consumer demand has enabled him to identify and help enterprising tenants thrive and to help re-position commercial properties as viable investment assets. He will oversee all aspects of development, construction, compliance, banking, finance and business development.
