I am a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with 13 years experience in commercial property, gaining MRICS status in 2011. I have worked for many years as an investment agent in the North of England, on behalf of pension funds, property companies and high net worth individuals.
In 2023 I set up Delta Capital Property Investment to further my specialism as an investment agent and I now focus entirely on helping clients maximise the value of their asset through strategic asset management and tailored property investment advice.
I also offer acquisition services and help my clients build sustainable and diversified property portfolios throughout the UK.
