Darren Casamassima is a Principal of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc., a full-service commercial real estate company and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies, specializing in the sale and leasing of office properties throughout greater Los Angeles.
Mr. Casamassima has successfully executed over 1,000,000 square feet of lease and sale transactions for a broad client base that includes landlords, corporations and middle-market owner-users. His in-depth knowledge of the local marketplace combined with unwavering attention to client needs has earned a client base of national and global firms such as American Greetings, Lionsgate Entertainment, Tyler Perry Studios, AEG and Jonas Group, as well as regional and local companies. Mr. Casamassima has also represented numerous healthcare groups and is expert at identifying opportunities for creative tenants with specialized needs.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Casamassima was a senior associate at NAI Capital Commercial and prior to that he was Vice President for Lombard Consulting, where he was responsible for creating and producing live interactive training programs for AstraZeneca’s national pharmaceutical sales team.
