David was a vice president at Emmitt Smith Realty Partners in Dallas, where he was one of the original members. He fostered a team approach for all transactions and pursuits while advising multiple clients. David was also Vice President at Dominus Commercial where he sourced debt and equity for multimillion-dollar acquisitions and off-market transactions for a regional bank.
Before entering commercial real estate, David worked for several years with Bear Stearns, Southwest Securities, and The Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
