Dave Castro, Executive Vice President, has more than 21 years of commercial real estate experience. He has performed asset management and capital deployment with over 11.5 million square feet of industrial lease transactions and $181 M in capital deployment. As a Tenant Rep broker, he has represented industrial and office tenants; and as an analyst, he has underwritten many industrial and multifamily acquisitions and developments.
