Bio
David Kern is a Managing Director with The Mansour Group of Marcus & Millichap. During his 18 year career in commercial real estate, David has personally been involved in investment transactions valued in excess of $8 billion. David works with developers, investors and landlords through site evaluation, negotiations, lease-up, and asset disposition. David also works directly with 1031 exchange buyers to identify, negotiate, and secure real estate transactions.
David is a graduate of the University of San Diego where he studied Business with an emphasis in real estate. He was born and raised in Sacramento and is a graduate of Christian Brothers High School. In his spare time he enjoys skiing and playing volleyball and basketball. David resides in San Diego with his wife, Janelle, and three sons, Ari, Leo and Bode.
