David obtained his degree from the University of Glamorgan before joining National Westminster Group as a Graduate Surveyor. Following successful qualification to become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), David joined Cooke & Arkwright, specialising in retail property until his move to Emanuel jones in 2001.
