With over thirty-five years of experience focused on retail leasing and sales, Lushing Realty Advisors specializes in representing regional, national and international retailers with their strategic growth strategies both locally and across the United States as well as the representation of Landlords with the leasing of their retail storefronts and shopping centers. Currently, we are active in the Santa Monica market where we have represented Landlords and Tenants in transactions involving Dr. Martens, Zara, Starbucks, and Google. We were given the assignment of leasing a vacated three-story 45,000/sf Barnes and Noble and leased the top two floors to work, well, win a growing national creative workspace tenant and are in active negotiations with several retail and restaurant tenants for the remaining square footage on the ground floor. Current and recent retail representation assignments have been the national representation of Catimini where we did deals in Westfield Century Century, Short Hills and International Market Place with The Taubman Company, Houston Galleria with Simon and Beverly Hills, California. Also, Dr. Martens with their Southern California flagship location on Third Street Promenade, MUJI with their first two Southern California locations (Hollywood and Santa Monica), Frost Gelato with multiple locations including Austin, Texas, Dallas, Texas, Del Mar, California, Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga, with numerous other deals pending across the country.
