Doug Fielding is celebrating his 35th year in commercial investment real estate, all with Marcus & Millichap. He specializes in solving complex real estate matters that demand experience in management, tenant relations and creative financing.
Doug owns and manages apartments and retail centers in his own portfolio. His extensive background as an owner and manager of income producing assets gives him the understanding necessary to relate to owners and investors and the problems they deal with.
As a multi-product specialist, Mr. Fielding has facilitated transactions of every product type, but chooses to focus his brokerage efforts on retail properties and apartment communities in the Southwest United States. He has personally closed over $1.5 billion in commercial transactions since 1984.
